Creative Activity were delighted to have worked with Ratoath College in creating a complete Multi-Sensory Room within their new building. The new room is housed within the new Ionad Arkle area of the building. Ionad Arkle is a Centre for Students with Autism, with 3 classes with 18 students in total ages ranging from 12-18yrs.

Having involved the students in the design & planning of the new sensory room, Ratoath College contacted our team to discuss their requirements and plans for the multi-sensory room.

Speaking with Tara English, the SEN Coordinator of Ratoath College she gave us some excellent feedback and said "We have such a wonderful multi-sensory room here that our students are really enjoying. It has such a positive impact on their experience at school."

Some of the students' feedback was great including "It's awesome! It just makes me feel good!"
