Installation
As well as supplying great Snoezelen products for your New Sensory Room, Creative Sensory offer an installation service.
Creative Sensory will install and commission your New Sensory Room, allowing you to get the best out of your investment. Also, our team of installers will leave your room in a clean, tidy and ready to use condition, taking all the rubbish with them, which is responsibly disposed, recycled or reused.

Creative Sensory have years of experience of providing great sensory and soft play rooms for our clients.
Key to this is understanding our clients needs and aspirations for their new room. Call us to book you FREE Site Survey, where we can meet to discuss you Snoezelen Sensory or Soft Play Room. We are available Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 16:45.

Room Design Visuals
One of the most important services we provide to our customers is delivering detailed, visual aesthetic designs of Multi-Sensory and Soft Play Rooms in both 3D and 2D formats.
Our Room Visuals are created using modern 3D CAD Programmes to give you a detailed idea of the look and feel of how your new environment will look and feel when completed. Creating design visuals for your room, allow Creative Sensory to make the best possible use of the space you have available, ensuring you get a high quality, high performing room that will serve you well for years to come.

Maintenance & Servicing Plans
Creative Sensory just don’t deliver great sensory rooms.
We provide our clients with great after sales support to ensure your new sensory room will keep running for years to come. We offer a choice of sensory care packages to help you keep your room in top condition, and ensure that any downtime is kept to minimum. Our service and maintenance contracts not only ensure equipment is fully functional, and repaired, but also cleaned and sanitised.
Care Kit
When cover is purchased you will receive a Sensory Room Care Kit including multi-purpose tools and cleaning, as well as accessories to help keep your equipment in good order.

Annual Equipment Service
Preventative annual on-site service visit. Deep clean & sanitise all equipment. Check all equipment is working to standard as delivered. Minor working components replaced to ensure longevity of products. This will be provided 12 months after original installation or 3 months after cover is purchased.

Provide an on-site engineer to repair or replace faulty components at an agreed time, within 7 working days of notification and diagnosis of a fault.
